Surkh is a bridal set in deep crimson. The net peshwas (long, frock-style shirt) is hand embroidered in zardoze (gold metal thread work), resham (silk thread), sequins and crystals, with ornate borders on the bottom edge.
It is paired with a full embossed silk lehenga with zardoze-worked contrasting applique (stitched-on fabric) lattices along the bottom.
The sheer crimson net dupatta has resham and zardoze borders and a light scattering of kamdaani (tiny metal dots).
