At Nadia Farooqui we produce the highest level of quality handmade products.
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds once an item has been sold. However, if case you receive a defected item, please send us proof of the defect within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Once we review the defect, we might offer you an exchange or store credit for the defected piece received.
All customized orders are non-refundable. Please note, if you are requesting any customizations, we will not be able to offer you any refunds or exchanges.
Order Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or Email and we will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, Nadia Farooqui holds the right to cancel orders for any reasons, including, but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.

Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will exchange or refund the product(s), if the product(s) received have any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error from our end. In such a situation, please contact us via WhatsApp 0092-301-2579036 or via email nadiafarooqui@siardigital.com by sending us images of defected product within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange a collection from your desired address
