We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds once an item has been sold. However, if case you receive a defected item, please send us proof of the defect within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Once we review the defect, we might offer you an exchange or store credit for the defected piece received.
All customized orders are non-refundable. Please note, if you are requesting any customizations, we will not be able to offer you any refunds or exchanges.
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or Email and we will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, Nadia Farooqui holds the right to cancel orders for any reasons, including, but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
Due to photographic lighting and different devices used to view the displayed product, the color you see may vary slightly from the actual color of the product. Similarly, other slight variations may occur between the product displayed and the actual product.
