The N|F journey began in 2009 when Nadia Farooqui returned from the UK after completing a Masters’ Program in marketing Management. Her father played a leading role while mentoring her to become a successful entrepreneur. Nadia started in a small room with minimal resources and experience, tailoring for her near and dear ones. With time and enhanced skill, N|F went into sourcing their own fabric and creating their own designs primarily selling through one-off exhibitions.
In 2010, with a meager capital N|F took its first big plunge and moved to a studio space in the esteemed Bukhari Commercial Area.
The brand has grown organically, learning the crafts and developing an expertise in hand embroidery, machine embroidery, block printing, cutting, and stitching.
In 2016, Rabia Farooqui, a miniature trained artist from Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture joined the brand as its Creative Director. With her dynamic design sensibility and great aesthetic, she took over the formal and bridal lines at N|F.
With a phenomenal growth trajectory over the last four years, today the brand boasts a 100 strong employee base.
